Laemmle Newhall is a 20,000 square foot, 7-screen art house movie theater located in the Old Town Newhall neighborhood of Santa Clarita. The project sits on a 12,680 square foot lot and is a two-story structure containing a 2,500 square foot retail suite, theatre lobby, seven auditoriums and a roof deck.
