Peer Properties 2, LP awarded Serrano Development Group a Consulting Services contract for the construction of 25,000 square feet of classroom and office space for Azusa Pacific University at its facility at 300 N. Lone Hill Avenue in San Dimas, CA.  The project also includes a complete remodel of the building lobby and sitework upgrades.
