County of San Bernardino Transitional Assistance Department
The ground-up office building in Apple Valley sits on approximately 3.07 acres and consists of +/- 21,000 square feet with +/- 179 parking stalls. Adjacent to the proposed building is an additional 3.22 acres of land for future expansion. The Transitional Assistance Department (TAD) of the San Bernardino County Human Services is responsible for administering the Department’s financial support programs to persons in need of financial, and/or nutritional and/or medical assistance.
